Tutu Terrific creates custom made tutus and hairbows for the little ladies in your life! She carries a wide variety of pretty things! I could have oh-so-much fun shopping her pretties!
PRIZE : A custom crochet top tutu dress! It fits up to a size 4/5 and is 10 inches long, with 3 layers of fluffy tulle! It will come with 2 flowers, both on clips so they can be worn in the hair as well! The winner will get to choose colors, and what type of flowers are used! You will also get to choose a crochet headband, or crochet beanie to go with it! Here is an example...so gorgeous!
